Return Procedure

To return an item follow the directions below:

1. Contact info@lullaby.luxury with your full name, order number, and the email address the order was placed under (if different from your contact email) and let us know that you’d like to make a return. Please be sure that you have read and understood our return policy before initiating your return. If you have any questions or need clarification, please note that in your returns inquiry.
2. Package your return item in the Lullaby Luxury product box and original shipment packaging if possible. Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
3. Send the package to the provided return address, we will send you an email when we’ve received and processed your return

Please note, it may take up to 30 days to process returns and issue a refund to your original payment method or an online store credit.  We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender.
